We are pleased to welcome soprano Alexandra Marcellier by Intermezzo!

Since her debut in the title role of Madama Butterfly at the Opéra de Saint-Étienne, then at the Opéra de Monte-Carlo, Alexandra Marcellier is considered as one of the most interesting sopranos of her generation.
Recently she sang, among other roles, Micaëla in Bizet’s Carmen at the Opéra de Marseille, Alice Ford in Verdi’s Falstaff at the Opéra de Nice. She also began her international career in Frankfurt, with her signature role in Madama Butterfly.
She is currently at the Opéra Royal de Wallonie-Liège for her debut as Blanche de la Force in Poulenc’s Dialogues des Carmélites. 
Alexandra Marcellier is awarded “2023 Opera Singer Revelation” by the Victoires de la Musique Classique.
